Pet Application

 

Please use the form below to submit your electronic pet application.  A representative from FUR Property Management will be in contact with you regarding the status of your pet application.  Thank you for choosing Arbor Hills Apartments.

 

By completing and submitting your online application you agree to the following terms.

 

1. Pet application and addendum must be completed and approved for any all prospective pets.

2. Acceptable pets, where applicable, include dogs, cats, small caged pets, fish, and birds.

3. The following dogs show proof of aggresive breeds and will not be allowed under any cirucmstances.  Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Bull Terriers, German Sheperds, Huskies, Malamutes, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chow Chows.
4. Verification of your pet being spayed/neutered must be provided.  All cats must have verification of being declawed.  Pets may be required to submit to an interview with the staff to be inspected for behavior, demeanor, and general health.

5. A picture of your pet, vaccination papers, certificate of insurance, and verification of flea pervention must be E-Mailed to Leasing@FURMgmt.biz in addition to subitting the application below.

6. Un-caged animals are required to have flea preventive programs in place.

7. You are responsible for the clean-up of all pet waste, including outside, building common areas, and your apartment.  Failure to clean-up after your pet will result in clean-up fees and/or loss of pet priveldges.

8. Dogs are only permitted in buildings 2810, 2901, 2917, 2928, and 2929.
